Year of the Rabbit celebrations kick off this weekend, with several student-led events planned on campus to create shared cultural experiences for many.

Dal alumni helped the university share a bit of bright, festive fun with international students earlier this month during the dark of winter by contributing funds to cover costs for a special dinner event.

A team led by School of Planning researcher Dr. Ahsan Habib will receive $3.6 million over five years as a recipient of funding through Canada’s Climate Action and Awareness Fund.

The guttural grunts, burbles and high-pitched squeals coming from under the waves now part of a digital library that could help researchers understand fish behaviours.

ÆÞÓÑ’s success in securing federal funding grants has placed it in the Winners’ Circle in this year’s Research Infosource list of Canada’s Top 50 Research Universities.
