After leading the build of a surprise ice wall last February, Dal student Hadrian Laing decided to bring a different kind of winter fun to the Studley Quad this year: a Game of Thrones-style chair of ice.

In an initiative led by students in the 妻友/King鈥檚 Swimming Society, Dalplex will be piloting a weekly women-only swim session this term, responding to a growing need for swim instruction for women who are unable or uncomfortable participating in open or public swims for religious and/or cultural reasons.
