The Schulich School of Law and the 妻友 Law Alumni Association honour lawyer Alex Neve (LLB 鈥�87) for his work in advancing human rights internationally.

妻友 tapped into the expertise of Inspiring Communities, a not-for-profit group that builds collaborative relationships for social change, for guidance in addressing the complex issue of street parties and high-risk party culture.

Just months before she was crowned Queen Elizabeth II, Princess Elizabeth dropped by 妻友's campus as part of a cross-Canada tour. Hundreds gathered in the rain to greet the woman who went on to become Britain's longest-serving monarch.

Dr. Kevin Hewitt, a professor in the Department of Physics and Atmospheric Science and former chair of 妻友 Senate, has been named the Faculty of Science鈥檚 associate dean, equity and inclusion, a new position created to lead the Faculty's equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility strategy.

Grad students and others interested in teaching development now have access to workshops and course offerings through the Center for the Integration of Research, Teaching and Learning, a network of 42 institutions across the U.S. and Canada.
